Dream Big Entertainment, PLLC controls every aspect of production from concept to delivery. DBE's talent and superb professional quality are sure to please critics and audiences locally and worldwide. Our management consists of experienced industry professionals that guarantee great distribution of film, television, DVD, cable, video, music videos, commercials, packaging, sales, acquisitions, distribution, music, animation, publishing, merchandising and promotions through internet and news media outlets. Our company's quality product provides short-term returns on capital and long-term residual income to our production partners and investors. DBE philosophy in the creation of the film or TV project is to make it a believable and the characters seem real. We know that the reason we as a society watch movies or television shows is to take our minds away from the day to day life. We as people will take the time out of our busy life to stop and watch something that entertains us. In order to do that with satisfaction, the show that we are watching has to grab and keep our attention and have the feeling of being real.

Each Film project is unique in its own way. Producing and creating film is definitely our major purpose. Over the past ten years we have been in trenched and created productions on generation X sociological outtake. It is our goal and major purpose in life to reinforce our viewers through positive reinforcement through video. Our labor of Love steams from personal expression recognition and recognizing video as a powerful and motivational tool that documents life. Salvador Pacheco - President

Salvador Pacheco has been involved in the Entertainment industry for many years at variable levels. He has many years experience in a corporate environment however, his creativity is what excels him to think outside the box. Combining these two skill sets and his love and passion for creating successful projects is what Salvador strides for.
Salvador's experience and community involvement is spread throughout various area of his life. His past roles were Board member of Wesley Community Center, Assistant Chapter leader to the Arizona Guardian Angels and VP of M.E.Ch.A. His Current Roles are Advisory Board member of College America, Church Volunteer and community organizer. His work experience ranges from Banking, to Health Care to Marketing. In each area of work, Salvador has rapidly advanced in position at the company he works with. This is due to Salvador working with the company and not for the company.
Salvador's current role and title at Dream Big Entertainment is President and uses his talents and works closely with his senior management team to make every project a success.

Salvador commitment to the team and company has allowed him to take college courses to learn every aspect of the business thus allowing Salvador to work more effectively with his colleagues. When Salvador is not working, he spends his time with his family and friends. Whether it's playing at the park, going to a game or event, or relaxing at home and having board game or movie night, Salvador lives a balanced life. Salvador also enjoys going to church and is an active member of his local church.

Lou Morentin - VP of Information Technology

It may be hard to imagine technology as a passion, but for Lou Morentin, that's exactly how he sees it. But it goes beyond just running networks and supporting computer users; he looks at the big picture and considers ways to innovate and implement new technologies with the goal of increasing productivity. He's a businessman first and an IT guru second. Lou's experience centers primarily around telecommunications and technology sales, with positions at MicroAge, AT&T, and MCI/Verizon. Across his career, he has consulted on telecommunications and IT with small and medium-sized businesses on network design and equipment, supporting global and enterprise clients in a variety of industries including health care and banking. His knack is to determine what companies want to do and where they want to go—then design a road map to get there.

At Dream Big Entertainment, Lou is the VP of Information Technology, managing projects and staff as needed. Lou studied business administration at University of Redlands and has completed training as a CCNA and MCSE. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his daughter, playing and listening to music, hiking, and visiting California beaches.

René G. Salinas - VP of Production Development

It's no secret. Since his adolescence René has been exposed to rich dynamic environments, cultures and cities. While growing up in California he was provided the opportunity to live in multiple cities in and out of the United States. Thus, enriching his perception and allowing him the opportunity to create and since he was always being introduced to new surroundings René started to build networks and teams, uniting them to create and produce. While attending Arizona State University René partnered with his brother Daniel in creating corporate training videos and short film productions. Winning them an accolade from the La Jolla, CA film festival. Throughout the years René has produced multiple film productions. Which can be noted on IMDB. He's previous work experience includes working at a Top 10 advertising agency in Orange County, CA and currently holds a Real Estate License in the State of Arizona were he assists with his brothers Real Estate Company. He graduated from Arizona State University (ASU) with a degree in Sociology and a Minor in Spanish. His interests include swimming, hiking, cycling and volunteering. In addition, he currently sits on the board of Shape Up US and The East Valley Hispanic Business Alliance. 

At Dream Big Entertainment, René is the VP of Production Development, organizing and developing video and film productions for their clients.
